A passionate advocate of nervous system nourishment and holistic self-care, she blends the art of essential oils with the science of the senses to create rituals that support deep rest, emotional balance, and everyday wellbeing.

Hi, I’m Tanya — a Creative Arts Therapist and Holistic Counsellor based in North Brisbane. I believe in the power of creativity, connection, and little moments of joy that remind us we’re human. It’s healthy and necessary to slow down, feel what’s really going on in our body, heart, and spirit, and express it in ways that allow stored emotions to gently move and release — and that’s where creative therapy comes in.
